What we collect
Name, email address, consent, and the optional organization/project and intended integration or use case fields submitted on the enrollment form.
Why we use it
Enrollment data is used only to notify interested people about Private Preview availability, coordinate potential access, and understand intended integration or use cases. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and enrollment does not automatically create package entitlement.
Retention and deletion
Enrollment information is retained only as needed to administer the private-preview program and meet applicable operational or legal requirements. The final retention schedule is pending owner and privacy/legal approval.
What we do not do
We do not sell enrollment data or use it for advertising. P1 has no analytics or advertising cookies. No package downloads, credentials, registry controls, or automatic entitlement are connected.
Service boundary
Enrollment storage uses a dedicated provider-neutral service boundary, not Front Desk tables. Deployment and live service configuration remain later approvals.
